Blend
100% Pinot Noir

Grapes are like people. They each have their own quirks. And no grape more so than Pinot Noir. That’s why each of the five blocks of Pinot Noir we blend for this wine gets individual treatment. Cropped differently. Harvested as much as three weeks apart, and aged in separate French barrels. There are simpler ways to make a Pinot Noir, but they simply aren’t right for us. All our winemaking decisions get the same attention to detail as the Pinot Noir does. And the results show in every bottle. On that, you have our word.

A Not-So-Little, Little Thing
100% wild yeast. A little lab work tells us there are 30 yeasts in our cellar, each offering its own flavour profile.
