Planted in 1977, the Ehrenfelser at Mannhardt Vineyard grows on some of the Okanagan’s oldest vines. In 2002, an educated guess led us to meticulously remove leaves to open up the canopy and let the intense Okanagan sunlight reach these old vines. A good wine became great and what we call “fruit salad in a glass” was born. All our winemaking decisions get the same attention to detail as the Ehrenfelser does. And the results show in every bottle. On that, you have our word.
A Not-So-Little, Little Thing
The oldest vines are 38 years old- some of the oldest vines in all of Canada.
