Eight months on skins and seeds allowed the tannins to polymerize and soften. This natural wine is all about the soft, velvet texture and delicate dark fruits mingling with baking spices.
Concentrated dark cherry, plum and strawberry on the palate. Youthful, but well-structured tannins will allow this wine to age for 5 – 8 years.
