Lacking direct sunlight, this 0.5-hectare north-facing vineyard of Pinot Gris makes this the coolest, latest ripening site on the eastern shores of Okanagan Lake. Waiting for the right balance of freshness and concentration of flavours means these are our last-picked Pinot Gris grapes. In the winery, our winemaker uses certified organic yeasts and a selection of stainless steel, concrete and oak to highlight this northern Okanagan vineyard.
